- A. Treasury  
   -  a. Display the basic parameters of the Treasury, including the total number of proposals, the number of approved, the total amount available, the launch period, etc.  
   - b. Display treasury proposals, approved, tips, and related information.  
   - c. Council members can vote on proposals.  
   - d. Council members can endorse the value of tips.  
   - e. Initiating the Treasury proposal.  
   - f. Submit tip request, report awesome.  

- B. Democracy  
   - a. To show the proposals, and info.  
   - b. The second operation can be performed on the proposal, which means that the user is interested in a proposal.  

- C. Council  
   - a. Show motions and be able to vote.
