**Short description**: This proposal is focused on increasing the Polkadot Spanish community with the development of an Educational Hub for Spanish community and ambassadors. 

As ambassadors we need information about the Polkadot ecosystem, we have been searching and translating documentation to participate in events since last year. We also notice requests for this kind of information in social networks, official and unofficial chats, frequently. We have seen the limitations of English communication in the community. The complexity of the protocols and the ecosystem requires additional information and an easy way to explain the system.

To solve the necessity of the community, we believe that it is important to explain the ecosystem in an easy way, and in Spanish, to give tools to the community to participate in the Polkadot ecosystem.

As we know, some people are working on tutorials, translations, or blog posts but there is not an integrated, compiled, and organized information system for this community, and we aim to establish one for the Spanish and Latin American communities. 

We consider that development of the Spanish community (Spanish language) should be through different actions and activities, building content in communication channels:

a.- Development of a Spanish community Polkadot webpage.

b.- Guidelines and Tutorials about Polkadot Ecosystem.

c.- Spanish content as blog posts, guidelines, papers and more about Polkadot.

e.- Translations of Polkadot and Kusama Wiki and official documents and research of important
information in the ecosystem.

We are considering creating a website integrated by video tutorials, translations, official information, blog and news. All to increase the Spanish Community engagement. 

We have taken into consideration community  and council feedback and we will include into the proposal:

1.- Section to add to the website a submissions form: to submit article / video / tutorial to be published on the website 

2.- Information related with validators and staking.

3.- For the third part we could create a space to learn and develop the languages applicable to the DOT, including Rust.

Please note:

- this proposal covers the first part of development subsequent parts will be submitted onchain after council review and evaluation of development report.

- Problem Statement: The need for a secure, low-cost hardware storage solution for the dotsama ecosystem.
- Significance: Current solutions are expensive (€500+), complex, and have a larger attack surface due to reliance on mobile OS and extra platform features.
- Proposed Solution: Develop Kampela, a card-shaped device that functions as a hardware version of Parity Signer. It will accept data through a unidirectional NFC port, display output on an e-paper screen, and perform all signing operations on-chip. The device will be priced below €100 and will only support a single seed phrase per unit.
- Expected Outcomes: A secure, affordable, and user-friendly hardware storage solution for the dotsama ecosystem. The device will have all the security features of Parity Signer and will be able to replace Signer when providing signatures back to a mobile/desktop wallet. The proposal does not include actual production but will result in all preliminary development required for production.
