Hello, I'm Alina, a Rust/Substrate developer and alumni of the Polkadot Blockchain Academy (5th wave). Graduation certificate. I've created technical content on YouTube designed to provide a smooth onboarding experience for developers into the Substrate working environment. My goal is to attract more developers to the Kusama ecosystem in the long term, resulting in more projects and investments.

Currently, there's not a lot of content on how to work with Substrate. While Parity offers proficient-level videos, I noticed a gap in beginner-friendly content. That's why I decided to create videos that explain complicated terms and concepts in simple words.

Below are the titles and short descriptions of the three videos I've launched, along with links to each. Please check them out and let me know your thoughts:

Polkadot SDK, Substrate, FRAME, Pallets, and Their Structure - For Beginners. Watch here: In this video, I explain the Polkadot ecosystem's developer environment, including Polkadot SDK, Substrate, FRAME, and Pallets, to give you a basic understanding of these components.

Polkadot & Kusama Ecosystems Terminology for Beginners. Watch here: This video is a trivia session where I provide definitions of the core terms needed to start working in the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems.

Balances Pallet and Assets Pallet of Substrate - Explained for Beginners. Watch here: In this video, I discuss the Balances and Assets Pallets of the Substrate framework (Polkadot SDK), their similarities and differences, when to use each, and the basic concepts you need to understand when working with these Pallets.

I am requesting a tip of 110 KSM for the work already done.

I vote Aye to support you and others who want to create tech content for Kusama / Polkadot ecosystems.

Your data is poor, you just did something but didn't see any results.

After discussing this proposal with friends from AIweb3, GiKi and xupan, we considered that this is a retroactive fund. According to industry standards, we suggest a price of 100 USDT per video. The proposed amount is too high, and each video’s viewership is not significant. Please adjust the amount and resubmit the proposal, then i will support.

I consider this kind of content should be pay by bounties after review content and KPI. The proposal request 110 KSM per 3 videos, 36.6 KSM each. Because the high cost and the few visualizations I will vote nay.

Based on the feedback from AIWeb3 community, the requested amount is too high for three videos and the impact of those videos is not big enough, we would consider supporting if the cost is lower.
