This is our first treasury proposal regarding the public RPC endpoint service that Dwellir is providing for the Moonriver community.

In Q3 we processed 103,216,540 million RPC requests for the Moonriver ecosystem.

This treasury proposal is to cover the costs for Q3 in 2022.
