Paradox is a very active community member on several polkadot and Kusama channels, and helps the community throughout issues, questions and requests of all kinds, but specially focusing on validating efforts on both networks and any discussions related to tokenomics. 

He has been lately very active in the discussion about the staking limitations and issues encountered on Polkadot, and has helped moderate the conversation in the channels: this will be evident for anyone following the [Polkadot Direction channel](https://matrix.to/#/!OwgojQyBzTlUQGGLhq:matrix.parity.io?via=matrix.parity.io&via=matrix.org&via=corepaper.org).

I would like for the Council to reward such efforts more regularly, showing appreciation for the work done in educating, supporting and moderating complex discussions.
