I am presenting for your review a Matrix Bot and two corresponding public channels created by Paradox. In his own words he expresses his reasoning for creating this:

At times members of the Thousand Validator Programme (TVP) query the status of the nomination system when they have not been nominated for a long period of time. This system allows users to examine the nomination history of the TVP nomination accounts to ascertain if the system is rotating nominations. It further allows users to anticipate when nominations are incoming so that that they may plan accordingly.

He has been testing and fine-tuning the bot for weeks under guidance of Will and input of a few testers, myself included. The information is useful to all members of the programme. I hope you find it to be a useful community resource and reward bountifully
