I am proposing this tip to James Agenda the proprietor of HoldPolkadot.com whose identities can be verified [here](https://www.holdpolkadot.com/james-agenda).  James is well known under his alias _-_agenda_-_ on reddit where he contributes to the various Polkadot and Kusama communities.

James continues to interact with stakeholders to ensure the blog post remains relevant and he supports the respective reddit threads.  I see this as good material for new entrants to the community and I hope that the council shares my view.
