Hello Councillors,

My mother tongue is Bengali so I have added the Bengail language to the apps file.Through the pull request no 7422 it has been approved.

It consists of around 1500 lines and I have done with utmost care.

Also I have added the Bangla language to the extension so the bengali speaking users can easily understood the basic terms and explore that.This has also been approved through PR#1049
