Dear Council members,

This tip is proposed to nadroj#7528 (Discord) a member of the Polkadot and Kusama Discord community.  He has developed twitter bots [@PolkadotTxs](https://twitter.com/PolkadotTxs) and [@KusamaTxs](https://twitter.com/KusamaTxs) which provides tweets when on-chain referenda are added as well as when there are tagged releases for the Polkadot binaries.  

His current roadmap includes the addition of tweets for Proposals as well as Tips for each respective chain and he has made the source code available via github -> [https://github.com/Nadro-J/py-subalert](https://github.com/Nadro-J/py-subalert)

It is in my opinion that these bots provide additional visibility of on-chain activity as well as providing added visibility for new binary releases which I believe that the Parity team is trying to improve (based on recent questionnaires).  His future development especially in the area of tips would provide publicity for the good work produced by our community.

- **Proposed Solution:** Implementing tweets for Proposals and Tips on Polkadot and Kusama chains using Twitter bots developed by nadroj#7528.
- **Expected Outcomes:** Increased publicity for community work, enhanced visibility of on-chain activities, and improved communication within the Polkadot and Kusama communities.
