Juliana Cabeza is an active member of the brazilian DotSama community. Through translations into portuguese and spanish, she has proven to be a dedicated, attentive and thorough collaborator. She has recently translated and subtitled four episodes of the series Uncharted Territories into both languages, as well as other videos made for Polkadot. This request is for the fifth episode of the series and that's why I recommend this TIP.
Uncharted Territories: Kusama Treasure https://youtu.be/in4Cy8klZYs
One of the biggest problems faced by first and second generation Blockchains is how to finance their evolution.
Progressing in a technology that becomes more and more complex and comprehensive over time requires great effort, which must be planned in a transparent and sustainable manner.
In this episode of the series Uncharted Territories, filmmaker Miguel Marques investigates how the Kusama Treasure works and for what purposes it is applicable.
In interviews with key figures in the DotSama ecosystem, he documents how this pioneering process of creation was and how Treasure is becoming a vital part of the Governance of the Kusama network.
Uncharted Territories clarifies the complexity surrounding fourth-generation blockchain networks, their concepts and technologies. The programs in the series (which is also available on Youtube**) create a necessary dialogue between developers and lay users, raising issues ranging from technology to politics, through ethics and philosophy.
Miguel Marques is an independent Portuguese documentary filmmaker. His production includes observational films about public and political institutions. In 2013, Marques produced and directed Pots Pans and Other Solutions about the economic crisis in Iceland and how its citizens organized their demands to create a more participatory democracy.

Hey :)
Just dropping by to say that I'm aware of this proposal and I really appreciate the invitation. I'm gladly guiding Gabriel and the other event organizers through the governance process.
I support this proposal as I think the cost is relatively low considering Kusama is getting the biggest quota and the value creation proposed here is not just local, as the content and other experiences will be made available to the community at large.
I really like this idea of Kusama being the "sponsor" of a festival centered around communities and web developments.
Just like the KSM society, this sponsorship gives the network another chance to bridge the Digital and the Real, for the benefit of the people involved...and much more.

Hello everyone, congratulations on the initiative, this is really important and where DOTSAMA should really be, inserted in innovation and technology spreading the word, I found the values very fair to hold the event in a reference city in Brazil! I'm sure in the world that the event will be a success, you have all the capacity in the world for that! Count on my vote and my support!
Thrilled to see such ideas starting to pop out here in Brazil, I look forward to learning and interacting with more people in the industry and being here makes that hard, so such ventures are highly valuable to people in our country the value also seems quite reasonable. hopefully this one pass.
A proposal highly aligned with Kusama's ideal and culture. Important and responsible names in the organization and in the lectures. It will add a lot of value to Kusama and the entire ecosystem. Support this project ! 👍
