I wrote an article on [SubSocial](https://app.subsocial.network/6214/incentivising-referendum-votes-31299) to explain my latest project (I hope you don't mind the trip over :D).

Kindly note that by making this code public, I am not monopolising it for personal profits for the sake of the benefit to the community at large. I trust that you see the value here and that creating a tip request instead of a proposal does not devalue the work.
