This tip is proposed to Vegas_Life also known as @ccris02:matrix.org on Matrix.  He has produced a well documented [Grafana dashboard](https://github.com/ccris02/1kvDASH) to capture and report on metrics associated with the scoring of person in the Thousand Validator Programme.

Grafana is a tool used by many if not most of the operators to monitor their validators.  The accessibility of such scoring information is useful as it helps validators align to the rules of the programme which in turn aligns them to become better validators and community members.
