Dear Council,

A tip is proposed for Mirek for developing a dashboard for monitoring validator statistics which he has now shared with the wider community.

He has also compiled a list of resources (found on the same page) for his Czech compatriots that is of relevance to staking and the ecosystem by large.

By way of mention to this tip proposal I have advised Mirek that open source solutions are seen favorably by the council and the ecosystem.  I do hope this additional supporting information makes it way to you soon.
