This is a proposal for a tip to GatorKops for his video dedicated to the french community. 
GatorKops is maintaining a french youtube channel and he's creating content about Kusama's and Polkadot for the non english speaker.

- **Problem Statement:** GatorKops is creating valuable French content about Kusama and Polkadot for non-English speakers.
- **Significance:** Encouraging and supporting GatorKops can help onboard new members in the French Kusama community.
- **Proposed Solution:** Propose a tip to GatorKops for his informative French YouTube videos.
- **Expected Outcomes:** Increased engagement and growth in the French-speaking Kusama community.
