**Motion 253 upgrading Kusama Runtime to v2027 is up for vote**

The proposal seeks funding for Polkadot Insider's media operations from August 2023 to February 2024. Its primary goals are to maintain and expand media channels, influence South Asia communities, and implement real-world activities for user onboarding. Polkadot Insider entails producing daily infographics, conducting Twitter Spaces, creating educational videos, and hosting interviews with ecosystem contributors. Past performance highlights consistent growth in Twitter impressions and YouTube subscribers/views, along with active participation in Polkadot events. Goals for the grant cycle include enhancing content production, increasing community engagement, and expanding partnerships.
