The goal

The aim of this proposal is swap Shiden Network lease preiods between 2007 and 2120 parachain ids. Both owned by Astar Network team.

Description

Democracy proposal created because of limitation for registrar:swap() function: when both lease periods is ongoing it's impossible to call swap from general account.

As workaround the sudo call for lease swap can be used.
