This TC proposal aims to fast-track Motion 582 fixing the pending auctions on Kusama (which suffer an enactment issue due to a BadOrigin error). A new calendar for auctions will be proposed soon in OpenGov, but since this one is a legacy proposal, approved by the community and not working due to a problem with origins, Tc decided to fast-track the proposal with the following parameters:

Voting period: 21,600 blocks

Enactment period: 300 blocks
