This proposal from Interlay aims to open an HRMP channel between Kintsugi and Statemine

Details

The technical details in this proposal are very similar to https://kusama.polkassembly.io/motion/418 but adapted for Kintsugi.. The weights and fee allowance have been copied from https://kusama.polkassembly.io/post/1744 - the weight used by most previous proposals is no longer sufficient. The main goal for this proposal is to allow currencies from Statemine to be used on Kintsugi as collateral for vaults.

As is usual for opening HRMP channels, the extrinsic consists of a batch of two calls:

A 11 KSM force transfer from Kusama treasury (F3opxRbN5ZbjJNU511Kj2TLuzFcDq9BGduA9TgiECafpg29) to Statemine (F7fq1jSNVTPfJmaHaXCMtatT1EZefCUsa7rRiQVNR5efcah) to pay for fees and for the deposit. Send XCM message to Statemine to execute a transaction with superuser (root) permission.
