There're some bugs in our previous submitted genesis and wasm, so this proposal is to replace them with correct ones. As we've won 21-27 lease period, which will start on 19th May, please endorse us to help us speed up parachain on board. Thank you for your attention and endorsement!

Following its successful inaugural launch in 2022, which aimed at uniting developers and entrepreneurs and fostering innovative projects, the 2023 edition intends to enhance its support for project teams through mentorship, investment, and ecosystem support. This year's improvements are based on feedback from the previous year and collaboration with 7 parachain teams to benefit the Polkadot ecosystem further.

Send a batch of dispatch calls and atomically execute them.
The whole transaction will rollback and fail if any of the calls failed.

May be called from any origin.

- `calls`: The calls to be dispatched from the same origin. The number of call must not
  exceed the constant: `batched_calls_limit` (available in constant metadata).

If origin is root then call are dispatch without checking origin filter. (This includes
bypassing `frame_system::Config::BaseCallFilter`).
