Educate a Generation of Content Creators for a Web3 Transformation.

This 6-month proposal is to renew funding for Creadores Web3, a group of content creators and users of the spanish-speaking community formed in WagMedia under Bounty 12.
There is a real need to train and educate a generation of competitive content creators who are native users of the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem.
With this proposal, our main objective is not only to continue reviewing and rewarding the creation of valuable content for the community.
We should not pay for the generation of "X number of pieces of content", but use the resources granted to this initiative, and all similar ones, to educate a generation of creators, real users of this technology, who can be competitive on the platforms they operate, all while they continue to generate valuable content for the future of a mature web3 ecosystem.
The work carried out by these initiatives and what all this new form of funding for content creation entails must be consolidated. We must educate a generation of users who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and insights in order to establish this new paradigm in content creation.
We must totally distinguish our methodology from the way of working of influencers and marketing agencies, which always end up influencing the message and objective of the content generated by the creators they support, resulting in pieces with commercial or speculative claims.
With the work carried out by Creadores Web3 and all similar groups in this early stage of the ecosystem, in addition to rewarding with tips the generation of valuable content by users who carry out this activity more sporadically, we must prepare users and teams who want to formalize a personal brand or a brand of a podcast, informative website, etc. so that they can be truly competitive, learn how to define their content series and how to give them visibility.

Esta propuesta de 6 meses es para renovar el financiamiento de Creadores Web3, un grupo de creadores de contenido y usuarios de la comunidad de habla hispana formado en WagMedia bajo Bounty 12.
Existe una necesidad real de formar y educar a una generación de creadores de contenido competitivos que sean usuarios nativos del ecosistema de Polkadot y Kusama.
Con esta propuesta nuestro objetivo principal no es sólo continuar revisando y recompensando la creación de contenido de valor para la comunidad.
No debemos pagar por la generación de "un número X de piezas de contenido", si no usar los recursos otorgados a esta iniciativa, y todas las similares, para educar a una generación de creadores, usuarios reales de esta tecnología, que puedan ser competitivos en las plataformas que operan, todo mientras siguen generando un contenido de valor para el futuro del ecosistema.
La labor realizada por estas iniciativas y lo que supone toda esta nueva forma de financiación para la creación de contenido debe consolidarse. Debemos educar a una generación de usuarios apasionados por compartir su conocimiento y puntos de vista para así establecer este nuevo paradigma en la creación de contenido.
Debemos distinguir nuestra metodología totalmente con la forma de trabajar de las agencias de influencers y marketing, las cuales siempre acaban influyendo en el mensaje y objetivo del contenido generado por los creadores que amparan resultando en piezas con pretensiones comerciales o especulativas.
Con el trabajo realizado por Creadores Web3 y todos los grupos similares en este estado temprano del ecosistema, además de recompensar con tips la generación de contenido de valor por usuarios que realizan esta actividad de forma más esporádica, debemos preparar a usuarios y equipos que quieran formalizar una marca personal o una marca de un podcast, web informativa, etc. para que ellos puedan ser competitivos de verdad, aprendan a definir sus series de contenido y cómo darles visibilidad.

Hey LV, I really appreciate you creating a proposal but will be voting against this version for the following reasons: Lack of accountability: Up-front payment of a large amount of money Lack of aligned incentives: I don't believe this proposal to be in the best interest of token holders as the proposal is not laid out in a way to incentivise you to create maximum value for token holders.

A1: As you can read in the proposal document, payments are made on a weekly basis using the WagMedia bot. Nothing is paid in advance.
All the payments that are made are very well specified and breaking down all the activity that is going to be done.
If you have any specific questions about how a certain activity will be carried out or a strategy will be applied, I will be happy to answer it.
A2: Could you help me by saying how a content generation proposal would align with the interests of token holders? You have to excuse me, but as I understand some opinions, what some of you see is aligned with the interests of the community is paying a marketing agency for a predefined number of impacts instead of incentive the community openly to share their knowledge and points of view, right?
On the other hand, if what you're asking is about how to ensure we maximize the results and demonstrate a real progress in the evolution of content/creators, then that's a good question. This is all clearly answered in the proposal and with examples, especially in the section where each category of creator is defined.
I would ask you and all who voted NAYs to read the proposal document in detail and formulate all the doubts you have in a concise way in order to answer everything in an orderly manner, so that everything is verified for future similar discussions of this or any other initiative that keeps the same objectives.

Dear LV, Thanks again for the openness on your proposal. The points I raised during talks have been clarified, except reporting on the usage of funds of the previous proposal. Without this report, I am temporarly voting Nay but I will happily change my vote if it is provided before the end of voting period.

In this document you can find data about 94 pieces of original content that have received tips during the last 4 months and 32 translations that have been made into Spanish.
From this information, surely everyone will be able to better understand the approaches and conclusions presented in the document of our proposal.
I will be happy to answer any questions about the assessment of individual pieces of content, the evaluation of the profile of the creators and their series or about the strategies to apply to continue scaling the work and improving the results.
Three important points to highlight:
This report is a first version. In the coming days I will expand this template with more columns of data to consider and an extended analysis of each creator content series and progress.
The links to the reviews are links to the discord post of the content. Some simple reviews are posted there but I am commenting on this detail because many reviews have been done by video call with the different creators/teams
The data is ordered by date, so if as you go through the document you notice that some pieces of content of similar quality receive more valuation, it is due to the drop in the price of KSM that has occurred until December.
