AIWeb3 Chinese Unit proposal (爱Web3 中文社区提案)
Hello everyone in DotSama community, happy new year!
This is DrCAO, I am Ex. community manager at Parallel Finance and Para Space, and also director of Chinese community in WagMedia under Bounty 12. I'm a long-term supporter of DotSama, and I'm also active in supporting many other parachains in Dotsama project. This is my first proposal in Web3 in my whole life, and I am full of excitement and nervousness.
My first proposal to build AIWeb3 Chinese community unit. The mission of the AiWeb3 Chinese community is to continue building the community to support the Chinese content creators to focus on content creation in Dotsama, build connections for different parachain projects, and provide the latest information in Dotsama. The Chinese content creators can focus on researching and generating high-quality content, including dubbing, translating and also original content in Dotsama. In addition, we will put more resources into supporting the early-stage content creators so that they can build up the audience and brand.

I would love to get feedback from the community so that I can come up with the best proposal, and I'd be happy to answer any questions and tweak the proposal as needed!

This is Alice, I am Parallel Finance's Ambassador and I am so glad to have the opportunity to be the content creator in Chinese community in WagMedia and I would like to support Dr Cao as he is always helpful with the feedback of my work and also response any questions very quick in Discord. The Chinese community in WagMedia has been doing great with a lot of contributions from last year, and I really like the weekly update from Dr Cao! Hi, I had a look through your proposal and before I vote Aye, I would like to see the following: A structure of who is working for the Chinese unit and in which way those individuals contribute to the content (Twitter, Youtube, Tik Tok, etc..) ? Right now I just saw 4 individuals but it doesn't mention how they're contributing. If they are contributing through Twitter, Youtube or Tik Tok, please provide links to their profiles or channels so I can have a look through it even if I don't understand the language. There seems to be a mention of dubbing and not just original content and it was discussed on multiple ocassions within WagMedia that dubbing should no longer be rewarded as original content is where the value is at. Do you have any content creators that can do Youtube videos with original Chinese content about Polkadot, Kusama and their parachains, solo chains & the L2s or are they all article translators ? I would like answers to these questions before I vote, thanks.
