Our vision is to create a unified hub that streamlines the discovery and engagement process for developers and users alike

I would recommend that you do market research on existing Polkadot/Kusama ecosystem tools and resources about them. Compare your proposed platform to parachains.info, awesome-dot and the Polkadot wiki's build tools index.
without concrete evidence that your platform will significantly benefit Kusama, it's unlikely to justify KSM token allocation. please focus on quantifiable outcomes and unique value propositions. polkadot has 25 fold market cap of kusama and has had its open governance running for quite a while to be able to sustain its own development. imho kusama treasury should be prioritized for adaption of kusama network and through that adaption to function testing ground for polkadot.
Thank you, @tommi , for sharing your insights and resources. Before drafting my proposal, I researched various existing tools and platforms. I found that many of them aren't user-friendly for the average person and are often outdated.
For example, on parachains.info, most of the information is obsolete, and there's no way for users like me to update or add new project details. My vision is to create a central hub for all Polkadot and Kusama discovery, where both off-chain and on-chain information is up-to-date and accessible
As for the project serving both Kusama and Polkadot, I believe there's no need to differentiate between the ecosystems for this niche. The platform should cater to both, ensuring it benefits the entire ecosystem without distinction.
