Reassign the curator of bounty 11

Sorry, as the previous curator of bounty 11, we failed to extend the last expiry and are unassined by this extrinsic. We propose to reassign us as the curator, so we can finish our work.
Achievements since last top up proposal:
- Refactor vesting scan.
- Extract assets pallet scan and fix bugs.
- Add a package to scan recovery pallet business.
- Support proxy pallet scan.
- Create a graphql server to serve most business data including identity, multisig, recovery, proxy and vesting.
- Developed new fronted pages for vesting, recovery.
- Refactor fronted pages of assets to adapt new graphql API.
Failures:
- We failed to bring more developers by child bounties. The main reason is that a child bounty collaboration is very time consuming even after collaborations with my team. It may take monthes for a candidate to finish the job which can be done by OpenSquare under 1 or 2 weeks.
Plan: as we finished proxy scan recently, implementing proxy related UIs is our next work plan.

Subsquare has done a lot of useful work and contributed significantly to the Polkadot ecosystem.
This proposal seems to be about the financial management of Subsquare itself and does not involve a new funding request, so we support it.
