This referendum removes pool limits on Kusama, completing the rollout process and allowing nomination pools to grow without bounds.

  • maxPools from 256 -> None (currently at 141 pools)
  • maxMembers from 65,536 -> None (currently at 915 members)
  • maxPoolMembersPerPool from 1,024 -> None
