After the successful creation of NFT classes on Statemine by [motion 329](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/motion/329), the team realized that **Parity Signer currently cannot be used on Statemine Network**: Signer was the wallet used to generate the keys for the parties on the multisig. Therefore, we need a second motion that will change the NFT class owner address:

**Motion 330** is now up for vote to enact this particular change, to this address: `GE4sxYRE1ALa5WBsYbWqXiugseb8ohNzYxj7VjF1cdbt7QP` - the address, as before, is a 2-of-3 multisig that will mint the NFTs and provide their on-chain metadata/attributes, controlled by W3F team.
