Dear council members, as Moises left Zeitgeist recently data now shows that he is not participating in the advisory committee anymore. The advisory committee needs to fulfill vote ratios to execute motions. Having an inactive member and no prime member elected raises the ratio and slows the advisory committee down in their motions.
