During our first fellows meetup, we realized that we unintentionally forgot to merge Robert Klotzner's pull request for the initial seeding. We apologize for the oversight and any confusion it may have caused. However, we want to emphasize that Robert's contributions and qualifications make him deserving of being a member of the fellowship.

To rectify this, we have decided to directly invite Robert and promote him to the requested Rank 3. We appreciate Robert's understanding regarding this situation.
