The proposal aims to whitelist Referendum 301 upgrading Kusama Relay Chain and its Asset Hub and Bridge Hub with runtimes pulled from the Fellowship v1.0.0 release.
This was already approved by the collective, but referendum 297, aimed to be executed this past weekend, failed to do so due to a call issue. The call was changed now and the runtime upgrade is up for vote as Referendum 301.
