**View party Proposal For Polkadot Decoded 2022**.

In accordance with Polkadot Decoded 2022 that will be taking place in the four different cities of New York, Berlin, Hangzhou and Buenos Aires, I look at hosting a viewing party in my local community given that I will not make it in person to these designated venues. 
I come from a community where blockchain is just being adopted, so having Polkadot Decoded 2022 viewed by some of my community members it will help me more publicize Polkadot and Kusama, and this is one of the many reasons I ask to be funded so that I can host this view party on the 29th and 30th of June.

I am an ambassodor representing Polkadot and Kusama in Kigali City and I have contributed in different ways, by hosting in person meetups and building the Polkadot and Kusama community, I have been able to speak at different Blockchain events evangelizing the Dotsama ecosystems, I have been engaged in twitter posts concerning Dotsama Ecosystem.

The event will take place in the capital of Rwanda, Kigali City, and the audience target is Dotsama lovers, Web3 enthusiasts, developers, and entrepreneurs. The viewing party will go for two days of live streaming.
