Kaos in Buenos Aires is a side event for the Hispanic Polkadot community with a central theme in the Kusama NETWORK Latin market and to hold Post Main Event Polkadot Decoded in Buenos Aires, the side event is planned in a location near the main event.
Inspired by Polkadot Decoded 2022 we see the possibility of bringing together the largest number of people committed to building web3 and the Dotsama community in a deep and close meeting with a closing party celebrating the annual event and setting a precedent for future gatherings of the Hispanic and South American community of Kusama.
