Dear community,

In order to track the progress we are making with the NFT Rewarder project I have built a [simple dashboard](https://streamlit-test-referendavoting.herokuapp.com/). After members of the community have expressed their interest in seeing it built out further, I have created this proposal to seek funding for the undertaking.
