Dear Kusama community

We would like to submit a treasury proposal for the maintenance of polkachu.com for Q1 2022. This quarter, we released two important new product: [Node Snapshots](https://polkachu.com/snapshots) and [Payout Guards](https://polkachu.com/payout_guard). And we continue to maintain a few projects, including a popular dashboard for the Thousand Validators Program, a validator/nominator search portal called Scout and many other smaller features.

Before we submit the proposal on-chain, we initiated a polkassembly discussion [here](https://kusama.polkassembly.io/post/1450).

Between the initial polkassembly post and today, we made two changes in the detailed proposal:

1. Added $173 snapshot server cost that we initially left out. [Github Commit](https://github.com/PolkachuIntern/treasury_proposals/commit/2ceda89f5413ca5366ba5efe569d642f9334eb02)

While our work contributes to both Polkadot and Kusama communities, we believe that the amount is reasonable enough to just ask from the Kusama Treasury.
