Dear Council,

I wish to propose a tip to James Sangalli for the development of an open sourced JavaScript module to aid with the selection of validators using input criteria:

- Identity (is verified)
- Commission (within input threshold)
- Validator is not oversubscribed
- Has an acceptable own stake (within input threshold)
- Unique entities i.e. this won't select more than 1 of each type e.g. 1 Zug capital but not 10 Zug capital entities
- Has never been slashed

The repository for the module is available [here ](https://github.com/James-Sangalli/dot-validator-selector) and can also be used to verify the receivers address.  James has also put together a demo site that uses the module that is accessible [here](https://james-sangalli.github.io/dot-validator-selector/).

It is my belief that his initiative is well aligned to support the desired traits of a 'good nominator'.
