Dear council, 

Please find compilation of videos by Jay Chrawnna in support of promoting, discussing or highlighting major events within the Polkadot/Kusama ecosystem.  To better organize and present his work, I will be compiling a single tip for his work every few weeks.  Jay is preparing a Treasury proposal so I anticipate that such tips would not be necessary in the near future.

It is my humble suggestion that the council endorse the tip at **23.75 KSM** which translates to 1.25 KSM / video.  This should aid Jay to recoup expended funds for production and to aid as a bridge until his Treasury proposal is completed.

**Note, it is my intention to refund Jay any funds I earn as the proposer of the tip.**
