I would like to submit Subscrape 1.0 for consideration of a tip.

Subscrape is a Python scraper for Substrate chains that uses Subscan. It can be used to extract, filter and transform on-chain data without running a node. It adds a convenience layer on top of Subscan.

v1.0 supports Subscan and Moonscan. The SubscanScraper can read any extrinsic and store the data locally on disk to be queried and transformed in a second step. The MoonbeamScraper can read transactions associated with contract method calls on Moonbeam and Moonriver.

I did not clock times, but estimate that I worked about 20-30 hours on this release.
