This tip is proposed for Kusama Go Lunar aka Cryptogolunar on riot.  He is a validator operator and a member of the Thousand Validator Programme (1KV).

One of the many responsibilities of a validator operator is to ensure that binaries are updated to the latest stable release within a reasonable period of time.  The 1KV programme has formalized this by placing timelines for updates based on release-priority.  This tool aids with ensuring compliance to the rules of the 1KV programme and overall good validator management.

The recipient has also made the source code available for others to review or build upon as needed.
