Dear community,

I am proposing a tip for Alice und Bob (AuB) to reward him for providing the community with factual information regarding the Acala [aUSD/iBTC](https://twitter.com/AcalaNetwork/status/1558785360670298112) incident.  This incident impacted the perspective of the ecosystem; it was reassuring to see community members with a better understanding quell misinformation using a knowledge first approach.

AuB held a Twitter space in which he answered community based questions and he also posted a fairly concise [twitter thread](https://twitter.com/alice_und_bob/status/1558959878475075584) with salient points.

Alice und Bob was not asked to do this nor did he expect any reward, this is imo an organic use of the tipping system.
