Hi dear Kusama community,

This my late tip request from the Dark Prague event:

Context:
Kusama was a General Sponsor, presence paid by the W3F.

Bill was supposed to come for the ecosystem talk, but had to be replaced in last minute by Mideg Dugarova
(technical educator at Web3 Foundation).
I was asked to come a week before the event starts, to fill in the Kusama Space (that you can see in my tweets) with community members, it was a late minute request.

Let's be 100% honest, the event couldn't be told as a success for Kusama, we had a bit of brand exposition for sure, but we were lacking "material to sell" to people.
We didn't have any news about the announced bounties at Web3summit, so hard to push builders to come & build on Kusama. The narrative to push was a bit light without real announcements from W3F.

Privacy is making a comeback recently in the web3 narrative and in the mainstream discussions (Chat Control, UK digital ids), so I think the ecosystem should definitely be present at these cypherpunk events, with better guidelines.
The thing is we need products to showcase.
Ex: Zashi wallet was here showcasing ZEC privacy product right in the middle of ZEC revival and price pump.

Time spent at the event, it's pure volunteering even if i had to take 2 days-off from my "TradFi job" (I'm an IT consultant before being Bifrost Community Lead).

Saxemberg has voted NAY on the Kusama referendum 610. Tip for Dark Prague Oct 3-5 2025. Based on DVs and other parties remarks, a unified rationale regarding retroactive proposals is needed, therefore we reevaluated the retroactive scores towards an even more negative approach. Future small referenda should be also proposed in advance and not retroactively. There is only a small whitelist of retroactive referenda that should be weighted positively by us for now.
Other observations are centered about the need of an actual plan for Kusama and its plans as a privacy chain as the members of this referendum have accurately pointed out, it's still lacking.
