For analysis of Open Gov parameters
Dear Community,
I am proposing this tip with multiple goals, in brief they are:
- To provide a reward to Adam (8 KSM)
- To test the use of batch statements to issue rewards
- Fund an account used for public validator payouts as a
finder's fee
(2 KSM)
The main recipient of funding from this tip is Adam Steebar for compiling and maintaining details related to Open Governance with recent runtime releases. He has also engaged in discussion on github relating to same here and here. Despite the outcome I appreciate that he applied his Economics skill set to aid the community.
Additionally, I am taking an opportunity to test batch calls for issuing tips. In the previous governance model the system required a single primary recipient of tip funding, this test allows for a split of tips among different parties. If this executes successfully it establishes a model for future payments requiring such action.
Finally, I am directing 20% of this 'Tip' to an account used by a public staking reward payout bot. This fee is the equivalent of the now debunked finder's fee of the old governance while awarding the recipient the maximum of what would have been a small tip.
I look forward to a successful test.
Regards,

Hi Paradox, an interesting experiment how to tip multiple participants at once. Looking forward to the successful outcome. This may be a useful information in the future to not unnecessary spam the governance with multiple tipping referenda. On a tipping side, the mentioned Paradox bot is in use by many validators so the tip is well deserved. Same goes for Adam work on governance curves and risk analysis. Great job by both! Voting Aye on the tip!
I agree with Coin Studio. Good experiment @paradox & great job Adam Steeber ! I'm also voting to show support and to contribute to open governance as always.
