[Small Tipper] Guide for setting up an RPC node

We propose a tip of 8 KSM (about 200 USD at the time of submission) for Stakeworld's guide on how to set up RPC nodes for Polkadot and Kusama. Compared to running a validator, for which there is plenty of documentation, RPC nodes require more configuruation. In particular, the guide explains how to set up the SSL proxy and how to stress test the node.
Stakeworld also corrected and improved the official documentation on the polkadot wiki to that end.

I hope this will go through for you cause you selected exactly 8 KSM and not 7.99 and Parity have worded it with "up to 8 KSM" and not "up to and including 8 KSM". I'm voting Aye regardless, good guide !
