Isn't this a budget creep from the previous RFP you submitted? to create the UI of the RFP I helped curate? Call it what it is. Bounty for the UI of the RFP engine that was created simplifying Bounty submissions. and thanks for omitting me from it, sure you entice collaboration in the ecosystem.

@Jose no-name This is a completely different project from RFP #2 - "RFP Launcher".

As a supervisor of RFP #2 that should probably be obvious - especially that the UI for RFP #2 is currently being finished under those funds. Your ignorance to this may explain why you are not a supervisor on this one. It is a supreme responsibility to handle treasury funds as supervisors

Dear Proposer,

Thank you for your proposal. Our first vote on this proposal is AYE.

The Small Spender track requires 50% participation and simple majority of non-abstain voters according to our voting policy v0.2, and any referendum in which the majority of members vote abstain receives an abstain vote. This proposal has received three aye and zero nay votes from ten available members, with three members abstaining. Below is a summary of our members' comments:

In the recent referendum, several voters abstained due to uncertainty or lack of clarity regarding the proposal. Meanwhile, those who supported it expressed optimism about its potential benefits, highlighting the importance of fostering a pro-tipping culture and attracting new developers to the ecosystem. They noted that the initiative resembled a previous tipping mechanism that had been effective, and they were eager to see the outcomes it would yield for the community.
