The plan is to support bridging ERC-20s to Kusama by double bridging from Ethereum -> Polkadot and then from Polkadot -> Kusama in a second hop through the P<>K bridge. A test demonstrating this has been added here: https://github.com/polkadot-fellows/runtimes/pull/625
