Dear Proposer,

Thank you for your proposal. Our first vote on this proposal is AYE.

The Treasurer track requires 60% quorum according to our voting policy. This proposal has received six aye and zero nay votes from ten members, with two members abstaining. Below is a summary of our members' comments:

Most participants supported the initiative, highlighting its potential benefits for the Kusama and Polkadot economies and expressing optimism about its outcomes. However, some voters raised concerns over the proposed budget, suggesting that it might be insufficient to attract qualified teams or ensure quality outcomes. Overall, there was a shared hope for establishing a strong RFP culture while emphasizing the need for adequate funding to achieve lasting impact.

The full discussion can be found in our internal voting.

Kind regards,
