Short Description: Strengthen KSM on-chain liquidity by providing 33,333 KSM as liquidity into the Hydration Omnipool - opening up value flows between Kusama and Polkadot. The funds remain under the control of the Kusama Protocol and OpenGov after successfully launching KSM trading on Hydration.

Summary

The goal of this proposal is to contribute towards building an accessible, deep layer of native liquidity on Polkadot and connecting that with Kusama - encouraging value flows between the sister chains without the need for a centralised intermediary.

If approved, this proposal will provide 33,333 KSM from the Kusama Treasury into the Hydration Omnipool - after KSM is launched for swaps on Hydration, the liquidity position will remain under the control of the Kusama Protocol and OpenGov.

The requested KSM would be added to the Omnipool as single-sided liquidity, in the same way that 1,000,000 DOT were added through ref #560 - this would be the most liquid trading venue for KSM on Polkadot and finally provide a simple and trustless way to move value between Polkadot and Kusama. No more hops on CEX required to make the move!
