#460 Dotgraphic First Proposal: Infographics and Educational Content for the Polkadot and Kusama Ecosystem
Context of the Proposal
The recent dissolution of the AMI Bounty program has left us hanging on the crossroads. We were in the midst of gaining momentum and reaching a wider audience when our funding was suddenly cut off. This has put us in a difficult position, as stopping now would mean losing the progress we've made, wasting time and resources, and potentially diminishing the impact we've had on the Polkadot community. While our initial proposal to the AMI bounty was for 3 milestones, we only received funds for half of the first milestone. The remaining funds for the first milestone as well as the second milestone were based on our performance of the first milestone. We had great success with the first milestone
ne going from the expected 10K views to 60K views and over 300 followers. Here is the milestone report we submitted for the next phase of funding, but unfortunately the bounty was in the process of dissolution.
We kept working on the second milestone using our own funds to keep this momentum going and it has shown exceptional results. We have 223K views and over 600 followers within a span of 3 months. To continue our work and build upon the success of our first milestone, we are seeking funding through the Polkadot Treasury. This support is crucial to maintain and expand our efforts to educate and engage the community through high-quality, daily infographics and other educational content.
Our aim is to continue our campaign to increase awareness and understanding of the Polkadot ecosystem. We are looking for retroactive and future support for our upcoming milestones. Over the next four months, we will produce daily infographics, curated articles, and regular updates on governance and parachains. Our goal is to provide and promote engaging content that simplifies complex Polkadot updates, encourages community participation in governance, and highlights the performance and robustness of the network.
What we will trying to achieve through this funding
Impressions — 1 million

While I like the idea of infographics for the Dotsama ecosystem, and you have some nice ones, your reach is subpar. 608 followers on X, 86 followers on Grill, and minimal engagement on Reddit. Big ask for almost $15k in KSM to keep the momentum you feel you have alive.
Not trying to come off as negative. Just looking at the numbers.
Hey
The proposal includes both retroactive and future support. We are asking for 9k for 5 months of work. We are still quite early, and weren’t able to any sort of promotions or marketing because our previous funding got canceled.
These funds would ensure we can properly market already delivered infographics and go full strength on the new ones with the focus on increasing followers and engagement.
I would like to consider that we’ve already put a lot of hard work and some funds into building this momentum and these funds would help ensure we can put the already utilised treasury funds to proper use.
More than happy to dive deeper into the budget.
Sorry , but NO!
We are sorry regarding the recent AMI bounty. I know that your team is doing incredible work for the Polkadot ecosystem. These guys are promoting the Polkadot content on every platfrom. While browsing through reddit I found out that everyday they post and publish something. No account on social media promoted Polkadot Decoded Asia event, these guys did and if you see the post got some good reach and more apparently they are consistent in their efforts.
Keep doing this work team.
Sorry but the Kusama Treasury is not here to fund the failures on Polkadot bounties. NAY by principle.
