Dear community,
I wish to put four bounties to rest, three of them submitted by Tom StakePlus totaling 100,000 KSM and one supported by Alex (former HA) ~5500KSM. All bounties were brought to the community for vote and did not pass.
Alex has indicated that the team would not proceed further and I believe sufficient time has passed since Tom's attempts for a retry.
Let's keep the bounty list "relevant".

Huh, I'm somewhat confused as to why this is failing with no feedback to be found. Perhaps if this fails it will signal an interest in keeping these bounties...? Maybe these shadow gov voters want a comprehensive proposal for these bounties to emerge.
It is more likely just a group pushing "expect chaos" into a different context as opposed to some rationale position.
