Funding an account used for common-good activities

Dear community,
I am engaging you for support to fund an account that's used for various purposes which include community good activities such as:
- Payouts for community validators
- Clearing submission and decision deposits on Kusama and its fellowship counterpart
The funding is expected to last approximately 4 months given validator payees growth from 168 (current) to 200.
A few related notes:
- The scripts used for clearing Kusama's submission deposits require updating after one of the previous runtime upgrade. This should be completed within the next week.
- Efforts are made to reduce flooding of payouts at the end of an era
- I've worked on a branch to support "grouped payouts" on Crunch.
The public is welcomed to examine the accounts transaction history.

seems quite inefficient to batch tx single payouts multiple times per minute tho?
Agreed from the perspective of an un-necessary nest but not so much from the perspective of tx cost, if that was an angle. I tried to make the modification as non-destructive as possible given I'm not the author of the code base. There is room for improvement and we'll get there with subsequent PRs. Perhaps a discussion held within the repo?
