Test VoidSpend functionality for Treasury Payouts
The referendum 382 issued three payouts totaling 3 KSM from Kusama Asset Hub Treasury. I sent the Kusama Asset Hub Treasury 2 KSM already https://assethub-kusama.subscan.io/extrinsic/6856102-2. Now, I would like to test the void spend functionality by trying to cancel the third payout through a referendum on the treasurer track.
(1) 1 KSM payout is successful https://assethub-kusama.subscan.io/extrinsic/6923602-0
(2) 1 KSM to be made available for payout after block number 23105000
(3) 1 KSM to be made available for payout after block number 23255000 (Which will be voided with this proposal)
The payout with spendID 3 being voided can be verified on-chain through Polkadot-JS UI, as shown below.
