Would this remove references to previous or now defunct controller accounts? I have some old controller accounts that I can't seem to reap due to existing references and no way to remedy it.
@Paradox I don't think so. We're generally seeing more and more issues around accounts becoming un-reap-able due to bugs in references, and I believe that this issue requires its own ground-up investigation and fix.
Thanks for the well described proposal. Is this all controllers in Kusama, or a subset? How many mores do we need? Noticing that my current account linked to this account is in fact a controller, but I am not in that list.
