This referendum proposes the Curators for bounty 27 – Bounty Proposal for Polkadot <> Kusama Bridge Security Bug Bounty. Please review the bounty and previous referendum which funded this bounty for more info.
The curators are responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the different phases and for the attribution of the reward to the bug bounty reporter. To ensure the successful implementation of this bounty, the curators are bringing diverse forms of expertise.

I like the selection here. A few questions:
- why is there an indicated "keyless account" which is "TBC?" What purpose will it serve?
- why is the curator fee 0 KSM when you indicate that the curator fee is 5% of the bounty? Shouldn't the fee be 255.1 KSM?
I'm going to vote NAY until these questions are addressed. There's a disconnect between the proposal and what I see on chain which is concerning to me.
