This referendum proposes the Curators for bounty 27 – Bounty Proposal for Polkadot <> Kusama Bridge Security Bug Bounty. Please review the bounty and previous referendum which funded this bounty for more info.
The curators are responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the different phases and for the attribution of the reward to the bug bounty reporter. To ensure the successful implementation of this bounty, the curators are bringing diverse forms of expertise.

We abstain in this, as well as corresponding previous proposal for bounty 27, for this is clearly a conflict of interests.
I like the selection here. A few questions:

I'm going to vote NAY until these questions are addressed. There's a disconnect between the proposal and what I see on chain which is concerning to me.
